WHY MSEM?

UF’s Jacksonville-based Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) program is designed for working professionals seeking to advance in engineering and technical leadership. Students earn a master’s degree in Engineering Management with concentrations in a chosen specialty. Coursework is administered taught by the UF’s Industrial and Systems Engineering program, with strategic business courses taught by UF’s Warrington College of Business MBA faculty. The program equips graduates to drive innovation and guide decision-making in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven industries.

Designed for Working Professions

The Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) program is designed with working professionals in mind. Classes are held one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday) at UF’s downtown Jacksonville campus, so you can balance work, family, and academics without choosing an online-only program.

The program runs for 20 months, beginning each August, and features live instruction from award-winning faculty in both engineering and business.
